PR/Communications Coordinator - Calling all wordsmiths and editors! We need an individual to create our Quarterly Gecko Echo Newsletter and create "blurbs" for our local newspapers about the happenings at Imagine. Most information will be provided to you, we just need a creative individual that likes to write and possess good grammar skills to polish the material. If we are describing you, please contact us!
Volunteer Coodinator - Are you friendly? Do you love Imagine? We would love for you to help us recruit volunteers and welcome new families to our school. This position requires 5 hours a month and the ability to send emails coordinating volunteer opportunities. You will be provided with lists of interested parents who want to be contacted for specific events - no cold calling!
Fundraising Coordinator - Ideas Needed! We need an individual who is interested in developing a unique fundraising idea for our Fall Fundraiser. Our PTO prefers no door-to-door selling by students. We would love to you about this opportunity. We would also love support and assistance with other fundraising events scheduled.
Holiday Shop Chair - Calling all Santa's Elves! We need someone to shop, organize inventory, price merchandise and coordinate the 3 day long shop. Also, Holiday Chair is the liaision with the "Man in the Red Suit" for his annual visit and pictures event with our students.
Family Fun Night Chair - We need someone to bring out the fun at Imagine! Our PTO loves to host events where the Imagine Family can get together and have a blast! The schedule of events has already been laid out (Bingo Night, Hungry Howie's Night, AppleBee's Night, Movie Night and Roller Skating Event) - we just need our Fun Guru to finalize the details. This includes disseminating info to our families, working with our Community Partners, Imagine Voluneer Coordinator and others to host the event.

Spring Fling: We need individuals to approach local and national businesses to solicit donations for our annual Silent Auction. We will provide you with a letter, we just need help sending them out.

Library Books Our Library always happily accepts donation of used books! You can send us an email and we will arrange to get the books or you can drop them in the school office.
Musical Instruments We can use any and all donations of used musical instruments. just send us an email or drop them off in the school office.
The Make a Difference Program!
We all can make a positive difference in our student's education at Imagine whether we are volunteering in the classroom or after normal school hours. There are so many ways to impact our school.
This year we will be tracking each family's volunteer hours. If you are volunteering in the classroom or in some other capacity at the school: You need to check yourself in at the office and note your activity, the teacher and what time you started volunteering on your family's page in the volunteer log. When you are done volunteering, just return to the office and note the time that you are leaving in the log. It is that simple!
If you are volunteering at home by completing a project for a teacher or the PTO. A cover sheet will accompany the project for completion. Fill this out and return with your completed project. These sheets will then be collected by PTO and those hours will be added to your family's total.
If there is another way that you volunteer and your hours will not be captured by either of the above methods, please send an email with your hours to contactus@imagineschoolpto.com
